Support Azure App Services in Azure discovery

While configuring the Azure by Webservices discovery at our customer, we found that Azure App Service Environments are discovered. These are used to host App Services in a dedicated environment at high scale (source).

However the customer has "regular" Azure App Services configured and uses them for their services.

We need these App Services to fully model their applications/services.

Therefore we suggest, that this will be picked up in a future release.
