dell SC5000 and DSM models should be able to be discovered.

Ucmdb should have discovery capabilities for the storage  device models. 

 Dell SC5000 connection
 Dell DSM connection
 
- SMI-S is active on DSM server, verified via telnet to 5989
- User has admin credentials and is assigned the storage array for monitoring.
