Host Resources by Shell Not working after redeploy

It started out as a ticket i opened with HP on a handful of servers that were having fatal errors. They requested i redeploy the Host_Resources_By_TTY through the Jmx console. Now it is not running at all. Since i'm not able to paste the comm log i have attached it.
