How to discover the servers/machines agent & agent less in UCMDB?

Hi All,

I am very new to this (UCMDB) solution infact new domain for me. No idea on it. I want to discover the servers but no idea how to discover the servers agent and agent less. Although, I have gone through the docs.microfocus.com but not getting much idea. I do the discovery (WMI) agent less, first save the credential, then new discovery of infrastructure, provided the range. But nothing discovered. Also tried the agent based install the UD agent that also not discovered. Please help me out in this basic discovery.
