Import From DB integration not working

Dear Experts,

We are trying to pull data from MS SQL DB and are using import from DB adapter. We are following the documentation provided on MF portal but the integration is not working.

It keeps in running state (even if we are pulling 1 CI) and after many hours it gets disabled saying the trigger CI not found. The trigger CI is available in UCMDB and selected properly before running the integration.

Any help on this issue is much appreciated.
