Problem in UCMDB 8.04 and SM 7.11 Integration - RelationShip Replication

Hi,

I am trying to do the integration between HO UCMDB Server 8.04 and SM 7.11.

I customised the SmsysConfig.xml and create xlsd files in the Service Desk Adaptor. I am also able to replicate the CI's from UCMDB to SM and relationship also.

But not able to get the relationship between the CI Types Database (MSSQL Server) and Database Instances (MSSQL Server).

I had created a new Relationship TQL (Software Element(Database) ->Contains(marked element name as Root)-> Database Schema.

I called this TQL is SMsyncConf.xml and linked this TQL with Physical_link.xsld.

Successfully reloaded the Adaptor again. But even after running the replication jobs , it is showing that successfully it has added relationship but In SM i am not getting any relationship between the two CIs.

Please let me know if anyone having any idea where I am doing the mistake. Any Pointers will be appreciated.

Regards,
Atul Gupta
