Services not started in UCMDB Status

Hi All,

 

I installed the UCMDB 9.3. I didn't configure anything in that  and I started the services in services.msc. In UCMDB status some status is it showing "UP" and some it is showing "Not strted".  Before starting the server I need to follow any steps?

Hi,

First of all 

You need to follow UCMDB Deployment Guide and run Connfiguration Wizard before starting the server.

Hi,

 

What is the summary of the server status? Is it up ??

Usually it takes time for some services to start based on your HD, RAM specs and sometimes the connectivity with the Database...
