UCMDB adapter

Hi Experts,

 

Can someone tell me why am I getting this error "An error occured during loading the external model class". I am using UD 10.20 and integrating HP AssetManger. Is there something that I am missing. I was able to establish the connection between HP AssetManager and UD.
