if you just want, UCMDB user to be authenticated by   an LDAP server, UCMDB docs have more details, here is sample configuration.

1. Enable User Synchronization: true;
2. LDAP server URL: ldap://XXX.XX.XX.XX:389/DC=consult,DC=trc,DC=ru??sub;
3
. Remote users repository mode: Mapping;
4. Users filter: (&(sAMAccountName=*)(objectclass=user));
5. Distinguished Name of Search-Entitled User: CN=AD Connector,CN=Users,DC=consult,DC=trc,DC=ru;
6. Password of Search-Entitled User: *****;
7. Groups base DN: CN=Users,DC=consult,DC=trc,DC=ru;
8. Groups search filter: (|(objectclass=groupOfNames)
(objectclass=group)
(objectclass=groupOfUniqueNames)(objectclass=groupOfUrls)(objectclass=accessGroup)(objectclass=accessRole));
9. Root groups base DN:
CN=Users,DC=consult,DC=trc,DC=ru;
10. Root groups filter:
(|(objectclass=groupOfNames)
(objectclass=group)
(objectclass=groupOfUniqueNames)(objectclass=groupOfUrls)(objectclass=accessGroup)(objectclass=accessRole));
11. Group class object: group;
12. Groups member attribute: member;
13. User unique ID attribute: sAMAccountName;
14. Users object class: user.

You got me wrong. I set up LDAP(AD)+UCMDB. My question is how to make for example authentication  NTLM  .

That example is only for how to  setup AD + UCMDB authentication.  I guess i need more details about how you want to setup NTLM authentication. Is it for Discovery or for Web Authentication

Thanks
