push selected failed data

Hi all:

In our Integration Job (Data Push) using AMGenericAdapter a few months ago, we can push the selected failed data by simply right click on the CI and select "Push selected failed data".

This opperation runs the integration job agains only this CI. We can see the progress and the final results

Now we couldn´t do this. The integration job is not started and the error persist in the screen.

how can i recovered the Push selected failed data.

UCMDB 2019.02 with CP 2019.11.102

Thanks.

Hi chuchi ,

Many thanks for your question.

For this situation is better to work it on a UCMDB support case, we can start checking some logs.

Thank you!

Hello,

You have to check what is the error message. First that the integration point is enabled and then check the error messages for the failing CIs on both ucmdb server& probe but also on AM side.

If everything seems fine then you can run again the push for the failed CIs or a diff push.

If  you still encounter errors then submitting a support ticket might be the proper way to identify and fix the issue.

Hope it helps.

Best Regards,
