uCMDB Domain Scope Document

Jump to solution

Hello Everyone

We have uCMDB 8.06 CP8 in windows environment.
Could anyone please explain where the Domain Scope Document (DSD) is located in the uCMDB and how is it encrypted?

P.S. This thread has been moved from Application Perf Mgmt (BAC / BSM) Support and News Forum to CMS and Discovery Support and News Forum. -HP Forum Moderator

DSD is stored on both UCMDB server side (hp\UCMDB\UCMDBServer\root\lib\server\discovery\customer_1) and DDM Probe side (each time the DDM Probe is started it retrieves the DSD file from the server and stores it on its file system). DSD is AES-encrypted with 192-bit key.
