License is not valid

I have a license HPE VM Explorer 6.5001.

Now i want upgrade 6.6., but the installation setup always display me the message "license ist not valid"...

Hi, please contact me offline so we can help recolve this for you. Email me your license key and company information to: stephen.aldous@microfocus.com. It may be that your support / maintenance has expired and needs to be renewed. If it is expired, you're not entitled to software upgrades.
