Show Subfolders in main Files view, Auto-increment Workflow

Hi There,

Just have a couple of issues that I was hoping someone has an answer to

1 - At the moment when we select a "file folder" we see the files directly in that folder. Is it possible to show Subfolders also? I understand the subfolders are shown in the Navigation panel however I would like to show them in the main panel also.

2 - Can we have a unique field in a form that auto increments? And can I set the starting number? The scenario is a user submits a New Project form and once the form is submitted the user receives a notification containing the New Project Number, which would simply be an auto-increment of the previous job number. Any idea if this is achievable or how we could achieve this?

Thanks.

Re: Show Subfolders in main Files view, Auto-increment Workf

check out my JSP to do a dynamic horizontal menu from a specified starting binder (workspace or folder). You might be able to use it as is or to modify it for your exact needs. It can parse 3 levels down, it allows to resort the sub-binders as you want, to skip binders out of the menu, ...

You can get the code from the Novell Communities, article : Use this nifty JSP to make a dynamic horizontal menu from a branch of your workspace tree | Novell User Communities

Hope this helps
