Don't see any microfocus Cobol Points in Visual Studio

I have installed visual Studio 2017 professional, install visual Cobol pe, license correctly this Version.

When i start Visual Studio i can't see any Points/Menus from MF and i can't work with Cobol?
I can also not see Dialog System!

Who can help?
