FileShare

Hello Guys, 

I would like any kind of documentation about FileShare. Someone have it ??? Not about the instalation and configuration but related with monitoring resources as "FileShare Server Monitor" (FSView) or "Fileshare Manager module" (fsmgr). I need follow the impact of the reads and puts (in another words, the performance of access) in the vsam files used in our sistem on the FileShare. 

Anyone can help us with this dout ??? And more if exist one resource like this explanation, what will be and how works.

Hello Michael. The main product is COBOL SERVER. We are developing in the Visual Studio joined with MicroFocus Cobol, and added with it, the utilization of FileShare Product for manage our VSAM files.

I'm afraid you still haven't provided enough context for a meaningful answer. You haven't even asked a question. (You might want to take a look at www.catb.org/.../smart-questions.html.)

What product version? What platform?

Are you running under Enterprise Server? In one of the mainframe emulation environments, or COBOL services? If not, are these native-code or managed-code programs?

Have you looked at the Fileshare topics in the product documentation?
