I would recommend going to supportline.microfocus.com/productdoc.aspx and selecting Micro Focus Developer - COBOL and Software Developer Tools > Visual COBOL > 2.2 from the product dropdowns. That page includes links to the product documentation and a number of additional documents, so hopefully you will be able to find what you're looking for.
