Skipping by build VC6.x

by build in vc6.0 we can see:

xyz successfull or actual, xyz errors, any skipped (Translate from german vc2019)

How to find the skip files?

If the message is that it skipped the build of a project then this is normally because the project is not checked in the Build Configuration being used.

Open up Configuration Manager and check your current settings to ensure that all projects are include in the current configuration.
