We also have a What's New? datasheet for Visual COBOL 2.0 that is hot off the press.
It's currently being uploaded to our main website but you might find it useful in the meantime.I have attached for your information.
Thanks

The next visual cobol version 2.1 was announced to be released september/october. Does there already exist a What's New datasheet and when will it be released ?
We are especially interested in generating pure java. Will these be also included for HP-UX Itanium in the 2.1 release ?

Hi Simon, Visual COBOL 2.1 is very nearly ready and we'll certainly post the What's New here on the Community site when 2.1 is GA.
Very pleased to hear about your desire to deploy COBOL as Java bytecode. The answer to your question is Yes but why don't you drop me an email and we can talk through the details?
