Bundle Action "Requirements" which works like an IF .. END

I would like to have a simple Bundle Action "Requirements" which works like an IF .. END condition and which includes more then one Bundle Action.
This could be displayed like a Tree and handed in ZCC by a new function like decrease/increase indent level.

This would have the nice effect that you do not have to define the "Requirements" for every action which has the same requirements.
