Bundle Requirement for Power State (On Battery or Plugged in)

We have many large bundles and feature updates now which take a long time to distribute. It would be great to have an easy way to determine the devices power state so it only shows a bundle when plugged in and on power. While we can do this with a registry key value, I think it would be nice to have an easy Bundle Requirement for power state.
