admin view in zenworks application window

At the moment every user is able to start the zenworks application window and start/install every bundle that is assigned to this machine/user.

I would like an flag on each bundle and a admin view in application window.

When the user starts then the NAL Window he sees only users allowed bundles.

If an admin is on the machine he can switch to the admin view and after a password prompt he sees also the admin allowed bundles.

... and also give the admin an integrated menu for viewing the error log from the menu fo the zcm icon instead of briwsing throzgh the file system on the workstation

I like the idea of splitting the view of user- and device-based assignments. Although for our purposes, it would be sufficient to just keep the device-assigned bundles out of the ZAPP by default.
