new option "run as administrator" in launch executable

in windows there is an right klick option "run as administrator" when you klick on a shortcut or exe wich gives the action more privilegs.

the "run as administrator" is differnt to the runasuser action.
runasuser changes the user context - "run as administrator" does not, all is actions are done with the current user.

some setups or programms need the higher privilegs.

While having a bundle run as a DAU is available, if you need it to run as the currently logged in user, then this would be extremely handy.

DAU is not allways a solution. My workaround was to use this tool: http://jpassing.com/2007/12/08/launch-elevated-processes-from-the-command-line/
