10.3.1 ZCM Adaptive Agent on W2K3 server not communicating

I am running 10.3.1 ZCM on a W2K3 VMWare server. My ZCM Adaptive agent on the server is not showing in the systray (Policies says it should). It has not communicated with the ZCC and I can't seem to run any ZAC commands to force it to register or re-register. It was working and now it seems to be not communicating. I am trying to do the 10.3.2 upgrade and I can't. I think it is because the agent isn't communicating and seeing the update is pending. Any help would be greatly appreciated. My workstation and Sat servers are not having issues at all communicating with the server. My SQL server is also not having any issues communicating with the server.

What happens when you try to run the "zac" commands?
The "Z" icon is just a program that launches from the "Run" registry
key. Make sure it's still there, which may explain why it's not being
shown.

As for ZAC commands, I only get the option to cc, fsg, zeninfo, ref and sp. When I use the ref it completes in 0.1 second. I tried to run CC but it doesn't help.
As for the run entry in the registry I have NalView REG_SZ C:\Path\nalview.exe and ZenNotifyIcon REG_SZ C:\Path\ZenNotifyIcon.exe

I tried to run these from the run command on the server and still nothing. The ZCC never shows the "Green Dot" when I look at the details of my server object.

I opened an SR with Novell and this is what we found. I had issues in April of 2010 and had Novell ZCM team install my 10.3 upgrade manually. When they did they installed the msi manually. This caused the install to see C:\ as the root folder instead of C:\Program Files. After the engineer found this (accidentaly) they simply changed any path they found dealing with the ZCM install on the server to the correct path and reboot the server. This instantly fixed the issue and the agent started communicating with the server and the upgrade to 10.3.2 started right away.
