11.2.3A update to agent erro

I send and update to my windows 7 machine and it keeps erroring out.. Here is what the debug says:

[DEBUG] [10/16/2013 13:22:33.339] [1976] [ZenworksWindowsService] [44] [] [ZenCache] [] [Exception putting cpr record for key ContentMgr::Content::97cc771c162ec92b274dc66ac0ed30b3
Type: System.FormatException
Message: Input string was not in a correct format.

Any help would be appreciated

Re: 11.2.3A update to agent erro

CPR stands for check point restart and references a piece of content it
is trying to download.

Perhaps a "zac cc" and a "zac ref" would help.

However, that is just a shot in the dark as I cannot recall seeing this
before.
