11.3 Imaging Add-On Error

I'm new to the add-on images. I host all my drivers from my image. Im playing around with Add-on images and windows 7, but I receive an error message stating: "Received an unknown packet from Image Server. Check if Tuxera driver is present." What should I do to help me resolve this message?

Re: 11.3 Imaging Add-On Error

Did you recently update your ZCM? If so check if you uploaded the recent and corresponding TNTFS driver. And if you boot to ZENworks Imaging Enginge via CD be sure to have the corresponding TNTFS enabled CD.
