ASRock SBC-210 no keyboard in imaging environment

Hello,

When restoring an image on a medical PC the keyboard does not work within the Linux kernel.
The medical PC includes an Asrock SBC-210 motherboard. Could this be a driver issue? The keyboard does not work on the Linux command line. (after booting trough PXE and the Zenworks manual imaging mode)

Kind Regards,

Beheergelre,

you don't say what version of ZCM you're running? It may be a Linux
kernel issue, and it would always be best to be on the latest Imaging
Update version...

Is it a USB keyboard, if so have you tried to enable/disable legacy usb in bios?

Beheergelre,

what Thomas said. If that doesn't help, you may need to open a SR with
Novell, in case it needs a kernel update for the Linux environment...

Just checking: If you have a choice of USB2 and USB3 ports, try USB2

I'll allready try to disable / enable legacy usb in the bios (it is actually an USB keyboard)
Also used USB 2 and 3 ports but nothing helps. I have send back the test PC to the supplier and received another model. (which works fine)

Ah. Interesting! Was it an identical model?
