Another agent login issue

We experience a strange issue, which results in a second login prompt (ZCM) appearing after successful eD authentication via Novell Client on Win 7 workstations. We've applied the 11.2.2 patch, but the issue remains the same. The following can be found in the debug agent log zmd-messages :

As you can see, the error is "Method not found". On other workstations the login process runs fine, so it should be a workstation-related issue. Any ideas?

Something worth mentioning - if I install the agent on a new Windows PC - all is fine. The problem seems to occur only if I try to install the agent on PCs that were part of a test ZCM zone in the past. They had ZCM agent 11.0.0 installed. I am doing a complete removal with the 11.0/11.1 removal tool, then restart, then install the new agent from the new ZCM server and this issue occurs.

Looks like there are still some parts left from the old agent, even though I'm using the Agentcleanup.exe utility. Anybody knows what has to be manually deleted?

why not just do a
zac unr -f
then
zac reg http://yournewzone
then use SU to upgrade them?

Worked like a charm, thanks a million! It's curiuos though how come a complete uninstall/install cannot do what the below commands are doing.

Anyway, all is fine now.

well it's different in as much as the command leave the agent in place,
I still think we have a long way to go at getting the uninstall
clean...
