Application content failure

After recent First primary server ip change now have an issue with application content.
Some content is working correctly other applications are giving error "Could not download content for bundle, xxxxx, because the ZENworks Server is not accessible".
This happens to machines connecting to satelite servers and the Primary server.
I have checked that the certificate is correct, issued to DNS name not IP.
Machines will build and register correctly just have an issue with packages that have content.

zac zc shows the zone configuration is correct on satelite servers

primary server show https://localhost:443

Agent version 11.2.0.18712 Monthly update 2
Update 11.2.2 is ready in system updates but is sat at pending with "Update Assigned" for the primary server

Have you verified if the satellite device actually has the content on the file system? You can get the content guid from the device's zmd messages where it is trying to download the content. Then on the satellite's file system, search for that guid under %zenworks_home%\work content-repo\content. Also, the browser on the managed device sould be able to download the content for the url http://<satellite ip: port>/zenworks-content/<content-guid>.zc
