Bundle Primary User Requirement

I'm introducing ZCM 10 SP3 in my environment and I create a simple bundle that copy a executable and launch it.

I define a requeriment to install/launch the bundle, the Primary User must be logged.

I assign the bundle to the workstation folder but the bundle sometimes doesn't meet the requirement because on the client side, ZENAgent Icon ==> Properties=> the Primary User says "Not available" sometimes.

I'm testing and this value sometimes show me the Primary User and sometime not.

If I force a full refresh of the ZENAgent the result is the same.

Could anybody help me ??

Thanks in advance
