Client login issue
I have a single ZCM 11 Linux primary server appliance that was setup several months ago. Until recently, clients have been able to log into the server just fine. But over the past few weeks users cannot login the server is a virtual appliance running on VMware and there have been no changes to the environment that I can tell. But if I restart the server from the console, it will start letting users login again for a little while. Looking at the VM, the CPU usage pegs out for a bit even in low use times. After I restart the server, the users can then login again until the CPU maxes out again which has been about twice per day and no regular interval.
What do I need to to do troubleshoot this?

Re: Client login issue
I forgot to include the actual error message seen by the clients:
"Unable to log into the ZENworks realm because the system has disconnected from the network and the specified credentials did not match with the credentials cached on the system. ..."

We opened an S.R. on this. When we looked at the logs, there was nothing that seems to be related to this. But the support engineer suggested that I allocate RAM specially to this VM. After doing this, the problem went away. The VM didn't have to compete with the other VM's for RAM so it is running smoothly again.
