Could not find handler
In zcm 10.1.3, I get this message on my bundles for personality migration store and apply:
Could not find a Handler associated with the following type: Personality Migration Apply (or Store)
I first uploaded the template.xml file to the content repo. When it first failed, I made a copy on the local drive and pointed the bundle to that. Other bundles are working fine. Any idea what's going on? Thanks.

Re: Could not find handler
If you still seeing this, please open a case with Novell and provide the logs.

Sorry, I'm not the one who opened the ticket, although I am still interested in the answer. I've been busy setting up a new backup system.

Re: Could not find handler
Tim,
I have observed that you will encounter this error when the following file/handler is missing in the ZEN agent machine.
"personalityhandler.exe" under the location - <ZENWORKS_HOME>\bin\handlers\
Restart the "ZENworks Agent Service" after copying this exe file would solve this problem.
I assume that the other bundles that are working fine doesn't have the personality migration actions.

I've verified that the "personalityhandler.exe" is in the proper location and I still receivce the error.
What else could it be?

Re: Could not find handler
Same here, the .exe is in it's proper place...however I notice that any machines with these messages do not have bundled listed in the bundle link of the Adaptive Agent. This makes distribution impossible. I had to uninstall and reinstall the agent.
Now is there a way to determine through reports, if assigned bundles are missing?

Re: Could not find handler
OH, forgot, restarting the service or restarting the computer does not help. Only uninstall/reinstall will work.

Re: Could not find handler
Thanks for the responses, but the thread is 2 years old and we're running zcm 10.2.2 now.
