DLU Policy is not running when Using VNC Client

Hi All,

I have installed Zenworks server 11 and installed zenworks agent on user machine (Windows 2003 SP2).
Created a Novell eDirectory repository (8.8 SP6) configured it as a user source for Zenworks. Also Novell Client (4.95 SP1 IR1) on the CLinet machine for eDirectory Authentication.

I have created a DLU Policy inorder to create login profile for an eDirectory User.

The Policy is running fine when we make a RDP connection using mstsc but the policy is not running when using VNC Client ?

Please suggest me why this is happening?

Thanks and Regards,
