Deployment Pending

I am using 10.0.2 and whenever I do a discovery and then try and deploy the
agent it just stays as pending status. A reboot of the server does not fix
the issue. If I install the agent manually it works fine.

How can I troubleshoot this?

Re: Deployment Pending

Make sure simple file sharing is unchecked on the client if your client is XP.

Re: Deployment Pending

Yes it is and they have access to the admin file share.
These are all domain machines. I am using this is a pure Windows
environment. I was really pushing to use this product (we were forced to
move from Novell to Windows servers) but everything I have tried to do with
this product either doesn't work, it sort of works, or there is a fix
coming. I really don't believe this is ready for production and this is
going to be a tough sell 😞

Re: Deployment Pending

I know I have been having issues here and there also with just about everything. Have you tried using a domain account and a local account for the deployment package. If you use a domain account make sure you put it in as such: username@domainname.com

Re: Deployment Pending

I have tried both a domain account and a local account. Do I need both?
