Disable Windows 10 updates

I'm starting to use Patch management in ZCM (ZPM).

How do I disable windows 10 automatic update?

In group policy (GPO) I see only the option "Notify for download and notify for install"
Is there an option that the user want see any notification on windows update?

Thanks

You're talking two entirely seperate things here. The Policy doesn't
apply for ZPM at all, but is for windows' own internal update, either
from MS website or via WSUS. You need to decide which way you want to use.

See - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/update/waas-manage-updates-wsus
On Step 7...Set Windows Updates to Disabled.
If that is missing on your Edition of Windows 10 for some reason........Try Configuring a Bogus WSUS.

Hi,

The problem is the same.
How can I disable the automatic update on windows 10 machines?
Customer use ZPM, and want to patch this machines with ZPM too. But the machines updated from the internet instead of ZPM policies and settings.

Thanks,
Gergely

See the LINK Above.........
The ability to limit it can be based upon your Version of Windows 10.
