Force agent upgrade

Hi,

How can I force ZCM agent update ?

At refresh, when agent try to update, I always have an error message stating
that MSI engine is in use.

Is it possible to manually install 10.2.1 agent without uninstalling 10.2
agent then reinstall ?

If I try to do it through zenworks-setup page, I have a message that agent
is already installed.

I would recommend creating an SR about this.
After it's made, send me an email at craig_d_wilson@yahoo.com and I will
ensure it gets into the right hands.
