Grant right to uninstall Agent

Hello,

How to grant right to helpdesk to uninstall agent on devices (by using add/remove programm)?
When they try they get a message that say sometings like "you are not superadministrator"

Hi

In ZCC web console find the device, go to the agent settings page under settings and in there you can allow the uninstalling of the agent. This will then allow the admin to uninstall the agent and either remove it from the zone if they have enough rights or perform a local uninstall of the agent.
