How to test Agent and Server?

I am seeing much slowness since rolling out ZCM 10.2 to the desktops here. I only have 222 Desktops on my ZCM Server. It is a quad processors server with 4 G of memory and 15 k drives. Running "TOP" shows MYSQL using the most memory at 2.3% so I am not seeing a bottle neck on my server.

What is the correct means by which to test my server and client to diagnose what is happening? I really need to get to the bottom of this...

Thanks

Where's the slowness happening? Workstation logins, ZCC console, building
bundles.. etc.

Re: How to test Agent and Server?

During the login process. I have disabled most of the services to the ZCM Agent at this point in time. Times now do not seem to be too bad. 30-40 seconds to a desktop which I can live with. School just started here so I am going to enable all services on the agent in the middle of September and see what happens.

Is there anything similar to dstrace that I can use to analyze my client server communications??

I would say that zmd-messages.log and wireshark are the best tools for this.
