Images notebooks not registering automatically

We just imaged 200 notebooks for teachers and prepared our image with the command 'zac fsg -d' prior to uploading to the imaging server.

Then we imaged all the machines, but they did not automatically register with the server. We got them to register by using the following commands:

zac unr
zac unr -f
zac reg http://primaryserver

The only reason I can think this happened is because we imaged these machines a week ago, but the image was misconfigured so we reimaged them last night with a newly uploaded image. However, the device objects were never removed from ZCM thinking they would simply replace themselves.

Re: Images notebooks not registering automatically

Ok so I'm narrowing this down.

We imaged a lab and it was prepared by the following steps:

1) ZISWIN - delete all image safe data and did NOT check the "just imaged" flag
2) deleted DeviceGUID and DeviceData files in Zenworks/conf/ directory.
3) uploaded image
4) 'zisedit -c' and 'zisedit computername=*name*' just before imaging old zen7 machines

We tried both checking and unchecking the "Just Imaged" flag within ZISWIN, but neither seems to have an affect on any computer we image.

Anyway, once a machine was imaged it would not register automatically with the server. I had to log in workstation only and refresh the zen agent.

Once I refresh it becomes registered.

Any ideas?

Re: Images notebooks not registering automatically

Update: It seems no matter what I try on the notebooks I have to zac unr, zac unr -f, zac reg.

But the labs (desktops) I can simply manually refresh the agent to get it registered.

So was the notebook image prepared improperly or is there an issue with Zen10?

Here is the log from a lab workstation:
