Inventory not working

Looked through a few threads on this topic already but my inventory only devices are not populating. ZEN is 10.0.3. I have restarted the ZEN loader service on all 5 Primary servers and also checkeed the scheduling which was set for the first tuesday of each month but they have not appeared today. It used to work but I am having issues with it. Using ZEN 7 to deploy and also tried standalone install. Appreciate any help.

Cheers
Andy

I think we will have to look at the logs for information.

Component Name: Inventory
Enable Debugging:
See Adaptive Agent for setting zmd-messages.log to debug and above
Program Files\Novell\ZENworks\logs\LocalStore\zmd-messages.log

For specific inventory collector messages, create options.txt in the
folder Program Files\Novell\ZENworks\bin\, open the options.txt file
and type the word "diagnostic" (without quotes). The options.txt file
is not created with the default installation of the ZENworks Adaptive
Agent

Log Location:
Program Files\Novell\ZENworks\bin\colw32.log
* %ZENworks_Home%\logs\colw32.log
Test Services:
https://zenserver/zenworks-fileupload
https://zenserver/zenworks-inventorywebservice
Inventory file location:
Program Files\Novell\ZENworks\work\inventory
Unmanaged Device Inventory debugging
Enable Debugging:
Create cps.ini file in the umia directory (\program
files\novell\zenworks\bin) with the following content:
[CollectionClient]
diagnostic=1
Log Location
\program files\novell\zenworks\log\zenumiaEvent.log
