Inventory report for Adobe Reader 2017

There is a problem here with the Acrobat Reader 2017. (Version 17.8.3005128269):

ZCM 11.4.3.0 does not detect the correct version info for the AcroRd32.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader 2017\Reader\

The file:///C:/Program Files (x86)/Novell/ZENworks/bin/d4e81728f150e63f506f39bd30d45213-show.xml contains the line "Adobe Acrobat Reader Unknown C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader 2017\Reader" but the installed product is no longer showed in device inventory reports (Jul 2017 PRU Jul 3, 2017 is deployed).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If you are able to open an SR, they may be best.....

If you cannot open an SR, you could try

That link is normally for NEW products, but perhaps it could be used to report an error.................
