Is there an Exclude list for Primary User

We have an account that we log into a WS with for maintenance purposes. I don't want that account to be used when calculating the primary user. Is there a way to have an exclude list for this parameter so maintenance user is never counted in Primary user calculations?

What is the best practice for setting the primary user calculations? Using 'Usage' or using 'Number of logins' to determine primary user?

Thanks,

Dan

Re: Is there an Exclude list for Primary User

There is not any way to exclude a user from calculations.

Regarding Usage vs Number of Logins, I presume it is user preference.
Will let others pipe in on their preferences.
