Login state needed

Good morning,

We are trying to find an easy way to determine whether or not the user is connected to our LAN or not. We have tried using WINDOWS_LOGIN but that doesn't seem to always get set. Does anyone have a suggestion to use? What is WINDOWS_LOGIN? What is this variable to Novell?

In the title you say login state and in the message you say connected to your LAN... Do you mean that you would like to determine if the computer is connected to you network or do you want to know if anyone is logged in on the workstation?

I also wonder whether ZENworks is in play here since this is the ZCM11
Agent Deployment (Windows) forum and I'm not currently seeing the
connection to ZENworks ...
