If it happens at logon, try EnableStatusMessages=0

Other than that, I would recommend an SR.

Sometimes we get the error after a few minutes after login, sometime after hours of working.
The Windows Explorer is started, sometime not.
Some customers get the error several time (1-5 in the hour), other from time to time
We have no idea what the reason is.
