Non-intrusive Remote Diagnostics?

After being impressed with may of the new functionality in ZCM I did a remote diagnostics and noticed that the users screen changed to show what I was seeing. In previous ZENworks this was a nice non-intrusive feature. The new functionality and set up looks nice but is there a way to do this without interrupting the users work?

Please submit an enhancement request as this was brought up a few times
previously.

Hopefully they'll change it in the next release if enough of us
complain.
