Patch policy deployment failure

Hi All,
I have created a patch policy and set a few workstations with the test flag (Following deployment guide)
When I add a new workstation to the relationship the bundle is pushed.
From the relationship tab on the workstation the bundle is sitting a pending state (for multiple days)
If I check the agent on the workstation the bundle is effective but not installed.
I have only been able to successfully update 1 workstation. I can't workout why the bundle is in a pending state?
Refreshing the workstation and rebuild the bundle doesn't seem to resolve the issue.
Any thoughts?
We have deployed a windows update policy via zenworks to keep the workstations up to date, not sure if this causing an issue?

Thanx

Julian
