Problem Managing several DLU policies

Our company is facing problems concerning DLU policies

The global policy for all users is memeber power user group (DLU A)
the policy is assigned to our tree (edir) and to all workstations

We want to create specifics DLU rules
One user is allowed to be administrator on some kind on devices.(DLU B)

For that no problem, i create the policy it"s work with Included Workstations List.

But the probleme we are facing is that if the user belongs to specific dlu policy (DLU B), he can't inherit of the global DLU (DLU A) on the others workstations because of the restriction on devices of (DLU B).

Do you have any ideas concerning this matter ?

Thanks for your help
