Question about PRU schedules

Hi,

can someone please clarify whether I need to set up all three schedules (Availabilty Check, Download and Deployment) for automatic deployment of PRUs or just the Deployment Schedule? Does the Deployment Schedule include the search and download of PRUs or do I need to set up each schedule with different start times to ensure they are processed sequentially?

Thanks.

Re: Question about PRU schedules

Would recommend to setup all three schedules (you could skip the availability check if you don't want to get an email alert for new PRU availability). We typically try to make the latest monthly PRU available in NCC channel (from where ZCM pulls it up during PRU schedules OR for manual download from ZCC System Update page) on or before 2nd of every month. Recommendation is to have PRU schedules to be set after 3rd or 4th of every month with a minimum gap of 30 mins to 1 hour between each schedule for check/download/deploy. Also would highly recommend to have email alerts for each schedule (check/download/deploy) configured so that emails gets sent out for success or failure of each schedule.
