Random time to wait

We have adjusted random time to wait to 20-30 seconds as 5-6 mins is too long to wait for student policies to come down the results are now flakey.

sometimes agent does not refresh sometimes it is fine and sometimes it refreshes but does not apply the new policy.

Any ideas.

Re: Random time to wait

Reducing to ZERO should guarantee values are read in advance, but this
will slow down logons.

Try increasing the value of 20-30 to a slightly larger value such as
40-60 and see what happens. I suspect that machine refresh may still be
happening, which causes the user logon to be delayed.

Also make sure you are on Cumulative Update 1.

I don't think Update 2 later this week will include updated files that
would change behavior from what is seen in Update 1, but there may.
