A couple of things ...

I am guessing that the local user does not have the ability to create
the folder C:\temp?

Either give them the rights to do that, elevate the privileges of the
Bundle to system or dynamic user, or ceate C:\temp ahead of time.

I'm testing the bundle with my username and I'm member of all admin groups
that could exist... local admin, domain admin, etc.
I can create C:\temp folder manually so it's not that kind of rights that is
missing...

if you do computer startup it will run before you log in, so no user will
access the server, the wks will
