Runtime C++ error

Hi again!
ZCM 11.2.1, WXP SP3. Sometimes we see after user login into device on Windows status bar some "Runtime ..." (not sure, but C++ or something I see also) error and on Desktop appear windows which content actually we can't see and, seems to, Application Launcher is unable to start bundles. Restart solves issue till next time. In events I see ...

Hi again on this subject!
I "discovered", that this described before unseen strange window and C++ error appear caused by bundle set to launch exe using dynamic administrator. I changed it to use system account and it did the job ok, seems to.
